Job summary

Watson Electrical Construction Company seeks an Electrical Foreman to manage crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will plan installations, review diagrams, and ensure safety and quality across job sites.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining schedules and coordinating with other trades. This is field work with varied conditions and substantial manual tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent with practical electrical foreman experience preferred.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified electrical installations to code and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate a crew on job sites, ensuring materials and tools are ready.
• Review blueprints, sketches, and job orders with crew; assign duties.
• Monitor work quality and safety; perform inspections and adjustments as needed.
• Complete job site paperwork and coordinate with other trades.
