Watson Electrical Construction Co. LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman II in Charlotte, NC to lead a field crew on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will plan installations, read blueprints, and ensure work meets NEC codes and safety standards.

You must oversee up to 10 workers, coordinate materials, and maintain thorough on-site paperwork while mentoring junior staff and upholding quality. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a foreman on commercial construction projects.
• Current state driver’s license; Journeyman preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a work crew of up to 10 people on site.
• Plan installations and ensure compliance with codes.
• Review blueprints and job orders with the team.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely project execution.
• Prepare required paperwork and progress reports.
