Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical installations, alterations and repairs. You will mentor Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, review blueprints, develop schedules and ensure work meets NEC guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on field layout, and the ability to coordinate with multiple trades to drive production and quality on site.

Qualifikationen

• Lead, mentor and coach teams of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Read and interpret project blueprints and schematics for assigned scope.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Coordinate with other trades and ensure work aligns with NEC and local guidelines.
