Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews, typically 20+ electricians.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Lay out work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain quality and client satisfaction by reviewing plans and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Mentor crew members and conduct annual performance evaluations.
