Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our USA-based Operations team to execute local water and wastewater projects. You will lead electrical design efforts, review documents from engineering centers, coordinate with disciplines, and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in electrical engineering, EPC environment experience, and strong communication skills. Travel and international collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in electrical engineering.
• 3+ years as lead engineer.
• Knowledge of full electrical system design.
• Water/wastewater treatment experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic 3D model review.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering for water and wastewater projects in the USA.
• Review and coordinate with Gradiant Global Engineering Center and external consultants.
• Ensure designs meet schedule, budget, and client specs.
• Prepare/oversee SLDs, MCCs, transformers, cables, and electrical documentation.
• Interface with QA/QC, Construction Manager, and clients.
