Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a highly skilled Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our USA Operations team in Woburn. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of instrumentation, control and automation experience, with water and wastewater treatment exposure, and the ability to lead design reviews and interface with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include engineering execution for US water projects, review of drawings and data, vendor coordination, FAT and commissioning

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or equivalent).
• 10+ years’ experience in Instrumentation & Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Lead Engineer.
• Water and wastewater treatment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic 3D model review.

Responsibilities

• Engineering execution for water and wastewater treatment projects in the USA.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Review vendor quotations and select vendors.
• Support FAT activities and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.
