Gradiant is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our USA-based Operations team to execute local water and wastewater projects. You will lead electrical design efforts, review documents from engineering centers, coordinate with disciplines, and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in electrical engineering, EPC environment experience, and strong communication skills. Travel and international collaboration are expected.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Operations team to execute Local projects in the USA. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in water / wastewater treatment industry, EPC environment, international project experience and possess a deep understanding Electrical and associated controls engineering. The role requires exceptional Engineering skills, including the ability to review documents/drawings from Gradiant Global Engineering Center in India and/or from outsourced Engineering consultants, interface with all other disciplines, coordination with Project Engineering Manager, and lead design review with Clients.
