Gradiant is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our USA Operations team and drive mechanical engineering for water and wastewater projects. You will coordinate with the Project Engineering Manager, interface with Gradiant Global Engineering Center in India, and lead design reviews with clients.
The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in mechanical engineering, with water/wastewater experience preferred and familiarity with API/ASME/AWS/NACE/AWWA codes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our Operations team to execute Local projects in the USA. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in water / wastewater treatment industry, EPC environment, international project experience and possess a deep understanding of mechanical equipment and package engineering. The role requires exceptional Engineering skills, including the ability to review documents/drawings from Gradiant Global Engineering Center in India and/or from outsourced Engineering consultants, interface with all other disciplines, coordination with Project Engineering Manager, and lead design review with Clients.
