Job summary

citizenship, and hands-on multidiscipline teamwork to design, develop, and integrate test products across life cycles. The position emphasizes problem solving, adherence to cost and schedule, and collaboration with RF/analog/digital disciplines while using tools like Altium and Creo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience in electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, and test.
• Experience with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.
• Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment Engineering.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, drawings.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Independently or with the team, resolve issues in test product development.
