Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Engineer II with 1+ year of professional experience for an on-site role supporting the Test Equipment Directorate. You will design, develop, and integrate test products and manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects across projects.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; a Master’s degree is preferred. Onsite work in Tucson with strong teamwork and problem-solving expected.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent; <2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Theoretical knowledge from university degree; RTX familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products within Test Equipment teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, adapters, cabling, schematics, and analysis.
• Support completion of test product development with cost and schedule management.
• Identify and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
