Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5+ years of related experience, or 3 years with a Master’s, or 1 year with a PhD.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Experience leading cross-organizational collaboration and coaching/directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers for AVE SE&I in Sentinel program.
• Oversee design, wiring diagrams, layouts, roadmaps, and power analysis.
• Perform earned value management as CAM and report status to leadership.
• Mentor engineers and drive on-time delivery and quality across program milestones.
