Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Electrical Systems Test Engineer to join the AVE I&T team for Sentinel program. Travel up to 25% to Promontory, VSFB, and other test facilities is required.

Duties include developing verification criteria, test plans, and coordinating hardware/software integration across teams. The role requires strong test engineering background, system integration experience, and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience in systems test.
• 3+ years of system integration and hardware/software testing.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize test requirements into verification criteria and resources.
• Develop test plans, procedures, TRRs, data and reports.
• Design and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Interface with software and systems engineers during integration.
• Review tests and witness testing as Cognizant Engineer.
• Execute qualification and acceptance tests for air vehicle and subsystems.
