The position requires U.S. citizenship with a DoD Secret Clearance, strong leadership, and collaboration across disciplines. A 9/80 work schedule is described; relocation assistance may be available, with salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of experience, or 2 years with a Master’s, or 0 with a PhD.
• 9+ years for Sr. Principal with similar STEM degree requirements; leadership experience.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval within a reasonable time.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience in interconnect architecture/diagrams and cross‑discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground design of electrical components for Sentinel facilities.
• Attend internal program and technical exchange meetings.
• Support milestone reviews with progress status updates.
• Coordinate electrical design with other integration teams.
• Create interconnect diagrams for Command Systems Architecture.
• Review engineering deliverables (schematics, wiring diagrams, data sheets).
• Perform research, trade studies, and systems integration for electrical/electro‑mechanical systems.
