Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to supervise a team delivering complete electrical deliverables on time and within budget. The role requires extensive field experience, NEC knowledge, and strong project controls capabilities.

You will develop design criteria, cost estimates, and construction documents, while guiding the team to achieve high-quality results for complex projects across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering registration preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant electrical/instrumentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving electrical deliverables.
• Estimating professional service and project costs at project start.
• Developing design criteria and layouts for electrical systems.
• Leading a team of engineers and designers to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Producing construction specifications and detailed calculations.
