Gilbane Building Company seeks an Electrical Controls Superintendent - Data Center to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership and strict schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7-12 years leading a component of work or whole project on large commercial/industrial builds.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience required.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet project schedules.
• Develops and communicates field work plans and changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate issues.
• Ensures permits are obtained for construction.
• Leads safety program and enforces compliance on site.
• Leads contractor meetings and maintains daily reports.
• Manages project schedule, logistics, and contingency plans.
• Trains field engineers and superintendents on site needs.
• Supports scope writing and buyout activities.
• Assists in time and materials tracking.
• Collaborates with BD for client delivery and metrics.
