A leading construction firm is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations on hyperscale data center projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of management experience on significant commercial projects, including hyperscale data centers, and possess strong technical skills. This position offers a competitive salary between $126,600 and $175,000, inclusive of benefits and a retirement program.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience leading commercial/industrial construction projects valued at $50M or larger.
• Hyperscale data center experience is required.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations on hyperscale data center projects.
• Direct coordination of trade contractors for project schedule.
• Lead safety compliance and training for team members.
