IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, GA seeks an Electrical Superintendent-Data Center to lead electrical installations for data-center projects. You will supervise crews, read designs, and control safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with PM teams.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction supervision, with preference for hyperscale data centers and large projects. On-site leadership and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision.
• Experience with industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center environments.
• Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
• Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, and supervision of large teams.
• Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes/orders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct personnel for electrical installations, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain safety and quality culture on site.
• Understand project design, drawings, specs and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with PM team on material/equipment buys, schedules, labor, and tracking.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor and train field supervision and tradesmen.
• Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related work.
• Evaluate productivity and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency.
