Job summary

Gilbane Building Company seeks a Lead Superintendent - Data Center to manage all field operations on a $5–$50M project. This on-site role drives safety, schedule, and quality on a critical data center build.

The candidate will lead trade contractors, develop field plans, and coordinate logistics daily while ensuring adherence to contract documents and safety standards. Hyperscale data center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 7–12 years leading a component of work or whole project on $30M+ commercial/industrial builds.
• OSHA 30-hour certified; STS-C certification; First Aid/CPR/Stop the Bleed training.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Develops and communicates the field work plan and changes.
• Maintains project schedule, reports, and contingency plans.
