Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–12 years of experience leading a component of work or whole project on a $100M+ commercial/industrial construction project in a superintendent role.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Develops, documents, and communicates field work plans and changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Ensures subcontractors obtain necessary construction permits.
• Leads safety enforcement and on-site safety program.
• Leads contractor meetings and maintains daily reports.
