Hope Network seeks a Lead DSP for the 2nd shift to provide oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served across settings. You will model person-centered support, promote independence, and ensure implementation of care plans while mentoring new staff and handling on-call duties.

The Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. The Lead Direct Care Professional also mentors, trains, and orients new staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and provides guidance and support to team members when supervisors are unavailable or off-site.

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• On Call rotation

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
