Hope Network in Holt, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional to provide oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served. You will lead shift, model person-centered support, promote independence, and ensure implementation of medical and behavioral plans.

This role also mentors staff, supports on-call coverage, and helps create a safe, respectful environment for those we serve.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.

Lead DSP | Holt| Full-Time

Make a real impact—help someone build independence while building a career, you’re proud of. The Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. The Lead Direct Care Professional also mentors, trains, and orients new staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and provides guidance and support to team members when supervisors are unavailable or off-site.
