Job summary

Hope Network seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional for Hollands Hope in Holland, MI. This on-site role is 2nd shift, 40 hours, providing direct care and community support to help individuals build independence and achieve personal goals.

You will assist with daily living, support outings and transportation, and foster trust through compassionate, person-centered care. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.
