Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional to provide oversight, support, and direct care across settings. You will model person-centered care, promote independence, and guide staff on shift while ensuring medical, clinical, and behavioral plans are followed.

You will mentor and orient new staff, handle on-call responsibilities, and support a team dedicated to helping individuals gain independence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

The Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. The Lead Direct Care Professional also mentors, trains, and orients new staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and provides guidance and support to team members when supervisors are unavailable or off-site.
