Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for CONUS to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across DoD healthcare facilities. You will serve as a technical SME, drive security and performance improvements, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, CCNP and CISSP, and an active DoD Secret clearance. Based in Arlington, VA with ~50% travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• CCNP and CISSP certifications required.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Experience with DoD healthcare information systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all LAN/WAN issues.
• Monitor network performance using tools and diagnose complex issues.
• Develop network standards, policies, and documentation.
• Coordinate with government personnel and vendors on deployments and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with government networking policies and security requirements.
