Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree with 7+ years of distribution engineering experience; EPC experience preferred.
• FE exam passed with 7 years of related experience; EPC experience preferred.
• Master's in Engineering with 6+ years of distribution engineering experience; EPC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of distribution projects for overhead and underground systems.
• Review distribution calculations (cable pulling, voltage drop, pole loading).
• Apply NESC and utility standards knowledge; ensure compliance with specs and procedures.
• Develop project scope, budget, schedule, and resource forecasts; manage changes.
• Provide QA/QC reviews and oversee construction administration.
• Lead field inspections and present technical reports to clients.
• Build client relationships and develop new business opportunities; participate in sales pursuits.
• Lead cost proposals and qualification statements to meet targets.
