Required ABET-accredited degree with 3+ years' experience, strong communication, GIS and design software skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. This role offers full-time work in the Dallas area with a focus on safe, efficient electrical distribution design.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent with 3 years' experience.
• Option: ABET-accredited engineering or technology degree + FE + 3 years.
• Option: Master's degree in Engineering with 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop distribution voltage packages for overhead and underground projects.
• Prepare design sketches, cost estimates, BOMs and deliverables.
• Perform distribution calculations: cable pulling, voltage drop, pole loading.
• Apply knowledge of NESC and utility standards.
• Research and compile project-related data for PMs.
• Conduct field inspections of overhead/underground facilities.
• Prepare client communications on vegetation, ROW, outages.
• Develop presentations and visualizations on technical results.
