Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and large-scale transformation within complex organizations.
• 10+ years partnering with senior tech and business executives to influence investment priorities.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance processes.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and leadership communications for C-suite.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy and translate objectives into plans and executive artifacts.
• Lead technology organization operating rhythm: strategic planning, governance, reviews, and comms.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Drive accountability by monitoring delivery, risks, metrics, and portfolio health for execs.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR to enhance transformation outcomes.
