CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define the strategic direction and operating excellence for Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

You will guide multi-year technology strategy, investment prioritization, and executive reporting, partnering with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy, planning, and transformation within complex organizations.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives to influence investments and strategy.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials and leadership communications.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for leadership and board stakeholders.
• Lead the tech org operating rhythm, governance, planning, and executive communications.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive accountability of strategic programs with metrics, risks, and dependencies transparency.
