CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define strategy, governance, and operating excellence for Meritain Health and payer solutions. You will align investments, priorities, and execution with business needs and executive expectations in a growing 300-person technology org.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Architecture, and Product to elevate governance practices, drive modernization, and deliver measurable impact across the CVS Health technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and governance.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations for C-suite and senior audiences.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, architecture, product management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance, operating rhythm, and workforce planning for the technology org.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health for executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive transformation and outcomes.
