CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define and govern the multi-year technology direction for Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

You will partner with the Head of Technology to align investments, guide prioritization, and deliver measurable outcomes across a 300-person technology organization, accelerating modernization and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation.
• 10+ years partnering with senior tech and business executives.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, governance.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials.
• 5+ years collaborating across engineering, infra, cybersecurity, architecture, product and ops.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for leadership.
• Lead operating rhythm: strategic planning, governance, reviews, workforce planning.
• Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Drive accountability with delivery metrics, risks, and executive reporting.
