CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to define the strategic direction and operating model for Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

You will partner with the Head of Technology and senior stakeholders to align investments, governance rhythms, and organizational effectiveness across a ~300-person technology organization, delivering modernization and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy, planning and governance.
• 10+ years partnering with senior tech and business executives.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios and capital planning.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials.
• 5+ years collaborating across engineering, product, architecture, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year tech strategy, executive roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead the technology org operating rhythm including planning and governance.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning and财nancial management.
• Drive program delivery with risk, dependency and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Finance to drive transformation.
