Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software development experience.
7+ years in microservices using Python/Java (Spring Boot).
5+ years in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
3+ years in cloud platforms (GCP).
1+ years using AI frameworks and generative AI web-services/tools.
Experience hiring and leading distributed multi-site/remote teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multiyear modernization roadmap for Specialty Pharmacy value streams.
Design and develop Specialty pharmacy products and technology assets.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, time-to-market, and product quality.
Lead engineering teams across multiple geographies and coordinate with partners.
Manage people: hiring, performance, coaching, career growth, goal setting.
Foster relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners; drive delivery roadmap.
Conduct technology research to shape a long-term strategy based on trends.
