Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will define roadmaps, drive modernization, and lead a team responsible for scalable, secure, and observable cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Enterprise Architecture to align technology investments with business goals, ensuring reliable delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cloud infrastructure or platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technology leadership or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years in public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years partnering with DevOps/SRE teams for production operation.
• 5+ years defining SLOs/SLIs and production-readiness criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Translate priorities into engineered initiatives balancing delivery and modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and executive-level roadmap visibility.
