CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. Remote-based role leading a multidisciplinary team to shape tech strategy and execution for quality measures, payer programs, and Stars initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare tech product leadership, demonstrated Epic expertise, and a strong track record of improving clinical quality, cost trends, and patient outcomes across value-based and FFS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic)
• Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways

Responsibilities

• Lead technology product strategy and execution for Quality & Stars programs
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements translation, and Epic architectures
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology aligned with clinical quality and patient outcomes
• Establish shared metrics with business leaders to measure impact on clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance
