Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to shape technology roadmaps for health maintenance and payer programs. You will lead the effort with clinical and business leaders to improve outcomes and contract performance in quality initiatives.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team—Product Managers, Epic Analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers—ensuring end-to-end delivery with safety and patient experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy for quality and STARS programs, incl. payer data and dashboards.
Oversee cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable Epic-based technology roadmaps.
Establish shared outcome metrics tying technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
Partner with care model leaders to define goals and training for field teams.
Drive end-to-end technology design and integration with external data sources.
