CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. Remote role leading technology strategy across health maintenance and Star programs, partnering with clinical and operations leaders to drive performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Epic analysts, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end technology roadmaps focused on safety, patient experience, and contract performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR (Epic).
Track record partnering with care networks to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead technology product strategy and execution to drive performance in quality measures and payer programs.
Oversee cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers) to translate vision into scalable roadmaps.
Establish shared outcome metrics and ensure technology investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
