CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. Remote role leading a multidisciplinary team to drive performance in Medicare Stars programs and quality measures through Epic-driven pathways and data-enabled decision making.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare tech leadership, expertise with Epic, and a strong track record in value-based care, payer programs, and cross-functional leadership to deliver patient-centered tech solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships and care model integration with stakeholders and governance bodies.
Oversee end-to-end technology strategy for Stars and Part C/D measures; ensure data loading into core platforms and accurate panel management for Stars programs.
Direct cross-functional teams to translate clinical/ program vision into scalable roadmaps and robust Epic/tech architectures.
Accountable for end-to-end technology design, requirements translation, and build.
Ensure real-time insights by integrating external data sources with Epic workflows.
Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to drive clinical quality and financial performance.
