CVS Health Digital is seeking a hands-on Lead Director - Digital Engineering to oversee core customer identity platforms and services across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail, and Digital experiences. You will align product, security, architecture, and business teams to modernize and scale identity solutions, ensuring availability, security, and operational excellence.

The role requires senior leadership of engineering teams, strategic roadmaps, and delivery of enterprise-grade identity

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years in Software/Platform Eng or related tech disciplines.
7+ years leading engineering teams including managers.
Experience defining tech strategy and multi-year modernization initiatives.
5+ years in cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.
Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization, and identity security principles.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-team engineering org for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
Drive scalable, cloud-native, API-first identity capabilities while ensuring security and reliability.
Guide AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies; provide end-to-end program planning and status reporting.
Build relationships with Business, Product, and Technology partners to support delivery roadmap.
