Qualifications

• Strong understanding of value-based care and clinical performance.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Business Operations and Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape strategic priorities and drive execution across a complex healthcare environment, with a focus on improving provider operations and clinical excellence. The position partners closely with senior medical leadership to turn strategic plans into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes. It also requires strong cross-functional leadership to coordinate initiatives, remove barriers, and support executive decision-making through clear communications and planning.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually
