The role focuses on improving clinical and operational performance, ambulatory workflows, and provider margin through data-driven problem solving.

Location: Remote. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $235,000 annually, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualificações

• Clinical background required (PA, NP, or RN).

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy and Operations Physician Enterprise Clinical SME to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will guide physician enterprise strategy and operations engagements for healthcare clients, with a strong focus on improving clinical and operational performance. You will partner with initiative teams to identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen ambulatory workflows, and support change management efforts that improve provider practice margin. The position also calls for trusted relationship-building with providers, data-driven problem solving, and mentorship that helps elevate team performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $235,000 annually
