Ladders is seeking a Director, Operations Regulatory and Accuracy Assurance Oversight to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role oversees operations regulatory assurance and accuracy governance across a complex managed care environment, partnering with Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, and Audit teams to strengthen oversight and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years healthcare operations experience, incl. 3 years in Government Program products.
• 5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in operational accuracy assurance and quality auditing.
• Proven track record transforming operations via automation and workflow redesign.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for managed care and government programs.
• CHC certification preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Operations Regulatory and Accuracy Assurance Oversight(Preferred Experience In Operational Transformation) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee operations regulatory assurance and accuracy governance across a complex managed care environment. The role will partner closely with Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, and Audit teams to strengthen oversight, interpret changing requirements, and ensure operational execution remains aligned with applicable laws and regulations. This leader will also drive automation, workflow redesign, and audit capabilities that improve accuracy, efficiency, and control across Operations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually
