Job summary

Mosaic in Garden City, KS is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to oversee Residential and Day Services programs, coordinate activities, document progress, maintain the facility, and assist with meal planning.

You will monitor health and safety, support daily living activities, schedule staff, handle medications as needed, maintain detailed electronic records, and collaborate with teams to help people served achieve personal outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medication administration certification, CPR and first aid (obtainable after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with operations of residential or day services programs, including coordinating activities and staff.
• Perform duties such as covering staff shortages and administering medications.
• Assist in meal planning and ensuring diet orders and kitchen sanitation are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support personal outcomes for individuals served.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior and implement behavior programs.
• Oversee facility maintenance and transportation vehicles.

Education
