Job summary

The GIANT Company in Perkasie, PA is seeking a Store Leader to provide outstanding customer service and lead GIANT Direct operations. You will train GIANT Direct Shoppers, manage scheduling, and ensure daily store activities run smoothly.

You will foster an inclusive team environment, handle customer questions and issues, and partner with store leadership to address operational challenges. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervises performance of all duties of GIANT Direct team members with accountability and engagement.
• Works with store/department management to provide feedback and address operational issues.
• Handles customer questions, comments, and complaints.
