Job summary

The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to shape and deliver user-centered digital experiences that advance organizational priorities and support seamless member experiences. You will partner across business, technology, and vendor teams to translate strategy into execution, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure digital solutions are accessible and intuitive.

Qualifications

• Required BS ; or equivalent experience
• Required 7+ Years digital program or project management, with proven success managing complex initiatives
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Project management and leadership skills
• Relationship development across various levels of staff
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to motivate others to work together as part of a team
• Ability to negotiate solutions to problems independently

• Expertise in governance, risk management, and performance reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences by championing usability and accessibility standards.
• Drive the coordination with internal teams and external vendors to foster collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain streamlined processes for digital programs, ensuring risks are mitigated, compliance requirements are met, and progress is tracked through clear reporting.
• Special Projects/Communication: Lead special projects and collaborative efforts with BCBSA, Plans, and vendors to support strategic initiatives.
