Job summary

You will partner across business, technology, and vendor teams to translate strategy into executable programs, lead governance, and ensure accessibility and quality through modern delivery methods.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in digital program or project management.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences, championing usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to ensure solutions meet quality benchmarks and leverage modern methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to foster collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain streamlined processes for digital programs, ensuring risks are mitigated and reporting is clear.
• Lead special projects and collaborations with BCBSA, plans, and vendors to support strategic initiatives.
