- Lead design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences, advocating usability and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align objectives and deliverable milestones; facilitate workshops and engagement plans.
- Establish streamlined processes for digital programs; monitor risks and compliance with clear reporting.
- Lead special projects and collaborative efforts with BCBSA, plans, and vendors to support strategic initiatives.
