Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with customer experience analytics and content governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and maintenance of a digital-first enterprise content governance model.
• Own and maintain a global taxonomy informing information architecture.
• Lead content development across regulated segments and ensure reuse across platforms.
