Job summary

C5i in Minneapolis seeks a data analytics leader to drive actionable insights from digital marketing. You will guide a team of analysts supporting multiple web and mobile product teams and collaborate with senior marketing leaders on strategic initiatives, prioritization, and resourcing.

You will own monthly KPIs and dashboards, develop measurement plans, and evangelize self-service analytics across the business to turn data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital analytics experience.
• Experience developing meaningful KPIs, SDRs, reporting, insights, and interpreting results.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience leading and coaching employees.
• Ability to present compelling insights to C-suite audiences using MS PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship and communication skills with colleagues and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform online reporting and analysis of digital metrics from multiple sources; manage data collection and synthesis.
• Provide analytics support to customer acquisition, product management, on-site experience, experimentation, and IT teams.
• Develop measurement plans, tagging requirements, and data quality controls for analytics and model validation.
• Lead weekly agile meetings, marketing alignment sessions, and analytics enablement initiatives.
• Own monthly KPIs and dashboards; build processes for best practices in marketing performance.
• Own and optimize one or more analytic tools; maximize their benefits for the team.
