Target’s Digital Analytics and Insights group is hiring a Data Analyst in Minneapolis for a hybrid role. You will turn data into actionable recommendations to strengthen digital strategy and business performance, using market-leading tools and methodologies.

The role requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience in analytics, with strong SQL and Python or R skills and experience with tools like Power BI and Adobe/Google Analytics.

Formación

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in industry with strong performance in a quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics).

Responsabilidades

• Use market-leading tools, data automation, and analytical methodologies to deliver reporting and performance measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize digital strategies, and provide clear recommendations for business growth.
• Build detailed reports and dashboards, designing and implementing data visualizations that communicate complex data clearly.
• Create data models and perform analysis to identify trends or patterns in complex data sets and uncover values and new opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with digital technology and data engineering teams to align on data needs and value opportunities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain positive partner relationships to understand data needs, provide insights, and identify improvement opportunities that address key objectives.
