Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Dietary Services Manager to lead the nutrition program in a long‑term care facility. You will supervise daily operations, ensure meal quality and safety, and collaborate with the dietitian and administrator to provide patient‑centered nutrition care.

You will oversee budgeting, inventory, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while guiding staff to meet resident needs and dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDM/CFPP or DTR certification or equivalent training.
• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years' supervisory experience in food service; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily nutrition service operations within the dietary department.
• Provide leadership to ensure food quality, safety standards, and resident nutrition needs.
• Coordinate with Registered Dietitian and Administrator on nutrition care and assessment.
